The Teenovator Model:
School of Mentors

The School of Mentors is a dedicated growth program designed to elevate the coaching capacity of the Teenovator mentors' community. Teenovator is an out-of-class entrepreneurship program for students from 10th and 11th grade from schools across Bulgaria, which aims to develop their business and creative thinking, communication and collaboration skills.

 

By focusing on the qualities of the effective mentor and their collective impact, we go beyond business advice to help the mentors strengthen their authentic influence, as well as relational and emotional intelligence needed to guide students through the Teenovator program.

A partnership between the Teenovator Foundation, Velina Getova, and Zhivka Petkova, the School of Mentors supports our shared mission: fostering a culture of experimentation and leadership among Bulgarian students.
